My friend Marlo has finally popped out her offspring -- yesterday at 7:15 p.m., 42 weeks gestation (that's about a month and a half overdue). She had a totally natural home birth surrounded by friends, of which Reba and I were two. I will give details later after I have had more sleep and time to process. But for now, please allow me to sum up the experience with one word.

p.s. 42 weeks is only 2 weeks over, cuz preg is 40 weeks.
